Using tenets of Lean manufacturing, optimised the factory layout and manpower utilization and quality systems. This reduced manufacturing cycle time by over 40%, leading to annual savings of USD 975K.
- An independent power producer (IPP) in the renewable energy sector wanted to get restructure business process architecture and refresh all critical business processes and SOPs. Helped them in re defining the processes, define critical to quality (CTQ) parameters and train employees on new processes by linking KRAs and process KPIs. Also helped them in designing framework for strategic material sourcing.
