Amit J Sharma

With over two decades of experience in quality management, operational excellence, and sustainability, he is passionate about driving positive change and creating value for businesses and society. He currently serves as the National Head of Operational Excellence at Re Sustainability Limited, a leading enabler of the Circular Economy. His efforts help the organization and its clients achieve their sustainability and ESG goals.

As a certified TQM and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he has successfully led and implemented multiple projects and initiatives that have improved the quality, efficiency, and profitability of various organizations across different sectors and geographies. He has also co-founded and run two ventures: PurpleWest Education & Technologies, a digital learning platform offering innovative and customized solutions for education and skill development, and GreatWhiteCollars, a gig economy platform that connects executives with flexible and rewarding opportunities.

Additionally, he is a member of the Governing Council of the Indian Society for Quality, a professional body that promotes quality culture and practices in India. He is also well-versed in design thinking, change management, and customer relationship management.
